Quick guide for soft ice cream machine

General:
  • The soft ice cream machine must be carried by two people and may only be transported upright!

  • It must be installed in a location protected from rain and direct sunlight.

  • Both ice cream containers must be filled with the soft ice cream mixture.

  • If there is water in the ice containers, only the "CLEAN" mode may be used (spirals rotate), not the "AUTO" mode (freeze mode), otherwise the device will freeze and be defective!

Operation:
  1. Plug in.

  2. Press the power button.

  3. Please fill each ice container with approximately 3 liters of water and press the “CLEAN” button.

  4. Let it run for about 2 minutes, then pull the 3 levers and let the water run out into a bucket.

  5. Press the “Stop” button to exit the mode.

  6. Mix the ice cream mixture (1 kg of soft ice cream powder with 3-5 liters of milk) and let it swell for about 30 minutes.

  7. Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream containers.

  8. Press the “AUTO” button (spirals rotate and the liquid is frozen into ice).

  9. After about 15 minutes the device is ready for use.

  10. The desired consistency can also be adjusted using the “hard” and “soft” buttons.

  11. The top right number on the display shows the number of soft ice creams already drawn.

  12. Finally, the ice cream containers must be completely empty. TIP: If there's any leftover ice cream, you can pour it into containers and store it in the freezer.

  13. Press the “Stop” button.

  14. Pour water into the ice containers.

  15. Press the “CLEAN” button, let it run for about 2 minutes, then press the “Stop” button and let the water drain into the bucket.

  16. Repeat steps 15 and 16 at least 2 more times.
