Discover our dark chocolate soft serve powder : Made with exquisite cocoa from the Dominican Republic, it has a uniquely rich chocolate flavor. Each bag contains 500g of ground cocoa beans – equivalent to almost 300 beans. With 50% cocoa content, our chocolate soft serve powder has by far the highest percentage on the market. This is also reflected in its intense chocolatey flavor . The minimal bitterness of the premium cocoa blends perfectly with the creamy texture of the soft serve.

Through the interaction with golden yellow cane sugar from Argentina and dextrose from Austria, it is transformed in the soft ice cream machine into a particularly creamy soft ice cream with ideal crystallization properties.

  • Cane sugar, dextrose, guar gum, dark chocolate, Sylt sea salt.

Preparation : Pour 5 liters of milk (1.5% fat) into a container. Vegan : Pour 1.5 liters of soy sauce and 3.5 liters of rice drink into a container.

While stirring constantly, add the entire bag of soft ice cream powder

Continue stirring for at least 1 minute until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Soaking time of 30 minutes

Pour the mixture into the soft ice cream machine and process further
