Vanilla

  • Cane sugar, dextrose, guar gum, Sylt sea salt, ground Bourbon vanilla pod.

Preparation : Pour 5 liters of milk (1.5% fat) into a container. Vegan : Pour 1.5 liters of soy sauce and 3.5 liters of rice drink into a container.

While stirring constantly, add the entire bag of soft ice cream powder

Continue stirring for at least 1 minute until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Soaking time of 30 minutes
